Cosy apartment, good for a short stay.
Check in was very easy. The apartment was just what we needed and an easy walk from everything. The air con kept it nice and cool on the hotter nights and the balcony was a nice addition to relax in the evenings.
Quite overpriced for what it is

Good equipment, close to the beach by the tram, local grocerie stores available as well as a bakery.

Pleasant, affordable and accessible
The accommodation is in an apartment building dedicated only to host Villa Serafina. Its clean and quiet. There is an elevator, so its easy to handle the luggage. Six tram station from the old town, and the trams are very frequent, at every 6-8 minutes. I also recommend not to use taxi in Nice, but Uber or Bolt, its 3 time cheaper! Nearby there are a U store, the biggest in Nice, I totally recommend it for food and drinks! I appreciated the ironing machine in the room and the balcony with a nice view over the mountain.
The wardrobe could be larger!

Wonder Villa Serafina exceeded all expectations
Excellent location to the tram and local amenities, such a food store and launderette, great value for money, clean and comfortable, quiet, beautiful views of the mountains, easily accessible with automated check in.
Pillows were very soft and we had some trouble getting comfortable for sleeping.
